Westmoreland Sales’ strategic business structure is vertically integrated in order to communicate efficiently across different functional areas from growing to shipping.  This allows us to operate efficiently and pass these savings on to our clients.  The Armstrong Top-Pack Company is responsible for packing all produce under the TOPLINE brand.  Westmoreland Sales is responsible for the sales and distribution of that produce.  As a grower-owned company there are no middlemen involved.  Having growers involved in the day to day running of the operations keeps us focused on maintaining the highest quality standards and the best pack possible.
